By “Personal Training” we mean engaging in exercise under the supervision of a personal trainer. This person most of the times has a University Degree in Sports & Exercise or at least a recognized similar certification who has offered him all the knowledge that will enable him to practice safely and effectively the trainee or athlete who will ask for his services.

The knowledge of Human Body Anatomy, Exercise Physiology and Biochemistry, Training Principles, basic knowledge of Physiotherapy are prerequisites for trusting someone in improving your health, fitness and your quality of life.

For professional athletes, a personal trainer is not a luxury but rather a necessity, since maximizing sports performance is a measurable crucial factor which will influence his career.
