Description

BCAA are essential amino acids that the body cannot synthesize on its own and therefore must get adequate amounts through dietary sources. Well scientifically studied, BCAAs or branched-chain amino acids, are amino acids with a branched side chain. The side chain makes the job of the enzymes in muscle cells, converting amino acids into energy during intensive exertion, easier. That’s why your muscle cells are happy to convert BCAA into energy during an intensive training session.

The more BCAA you have in your muscles, the slower your muscle cells break down muscle fiber. The anabolic stimulus from your training remains the same, but you experience less muscle breakdown, so you build up more muscle mass (Am J Physiol Endocrinol Metab. 2011 Nov 29).

But BCAA have other effects too. Leucine is anabolic stimulant for muscle cells, while leucine and isoleucine stimulate fat burning in muscle cells. Isoleucine boosts also the muscle cells’ glucose uptake (J Nutr. 2005 Sep;135(9):2103-8).

Benefits and Use:

💪🏼 Stimulate building of muscle mass
💪🏼 Increase energy expenditure
💪🏼 Promote post training recovery
💪🏼 Increase insulin sensitivity
💪🏼 Enhance Fat Burning
💪🏼 Strong anticatabolic effect

How to Use:

As a dietary supplement. On NON-training days take, 2 tabs with your meals. On training days take additionally 2 tabs 15min before your workout and 2 tabs immediately after or consult your nutritionist.
